What is hypnosis
Hypnotherapy is a very real and very effective therapy which, when professionally applied, can make a huge difference to people’s lives.
Hypnotherapy can actually lay claim to being the world’s oldest therapy, dating back some 6,000 years and being practiced by everyone from the ancient Egyptians onwards.
Hypnosis is a totally natural occurrence. It is a pleasant and relaxing state that everybody can experience. People enter a trance state everyday as they watch TV, read books, use computers, or even just thinking or day-dreaming. Hypnosis is often referred to as conscious hypnosis as the person is not actually asleep, just in a very relaxed state whilst being aware of any sounds or activity around them. In hypnosis you will experience a heightened sense of awareness of your thoughts allowing you to concentrate without undue distraction. Each person has the ability to come out of the trance state whenever they wish to do so. .

“Working with Bradley was great it gave me back my direction in life so I couldnt recommend him highly enough. When I started to feel lost and stuck at a crossroads in my life my friend recommended Bradley who helped her too. My life seemed to be going backwards and I had started to feel depressed and frustrated with myself like I was a failure. Now I feel so much happier, calmer and find aiming for my goals much easier.”
